Where is SB Tours and Travels located?
We are at House No. 111/B, Lachit Nagar Main Road, near Lane 5, opposite Chakraborty Store, Lachit Nagar, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam 781007.
What vehicles do you have?
Force Urbania (13 and 17 seater), Tempo Traveller (13, 17 and 26 seater), Innova Crysta (7 seater), Suzuki Ertiga (6 seater) and Swift Dzire sedan (4 seater).
How do I book?
Call or WhatsApp +91 97066 60755 with pickup, drop, date, time and group size. We quote, you confirm and pay a small advance.
Do I need to pay in advance?
A small advance secures your booking. The balance is paid as agreed in your confirmation.
Is the driver included?
Yes, every vehicle comes with an experienced driver.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Yes, at Guwahati airport and railway stations.
Do you cover Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim?
Yes. For Arunachal an Inner Line Permit is required. We guide you through the process.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Share any change as early as you can. Our team will explain the cancellation terms during booking, as they depend on the trip.
Do you offer tour packages?
Yes. We offer 5 to 12 day Northeast packages and we customise any itinerary.
